I’m currently Director of Program Management & Agile Ops at NMI, a global payment technology company, leading the charge on another Agile Transformation. Prior to that, I helped Catalina Marketing and Valpak transform their ways of working at scale to produce better business outcomes with Agile.
I’m also big on tech community involvement having served as a board member for the Agile Alliance and Tampa Bay Tech. I also serve my local community as an organizer for Tampa Bay Agile, the largest and most active tech Meetup in the area.
